The Cannes Yachting Festival has been held every September since 1977 in the sparkling Bay of Cannes. The Cannes Yachting Festival is the first boat show in the sailing season and Europe’s biggest in-water event.

This year, professionals and enthusiasts can see almost 700 boats that the most prestigious French and international boat builders have just put the finishing touches to.

The most beautiful gems in motor and sailing technology, the latest nautical equipment, the most high-end services and the brand-new marina dedicated to power boats up to 13 metres long will be unveiled for visitors’ enjoyment.

2024 will see the launch of a new area entirely dedicated to new motor yachts with 140 boats on water from 8 to 30-metres on land up to 8-metres. It is a major first for the Cannes Yachting Festival to present boats of this size in water. There will be 170 boats (150 in water and 20 on land), with rigid or semi-rigid hulls in this brand-new space.

Also on Port Canto is the acclaimed Sailing Area, the Yacht Brokerage sector and water toys.

The Sailing Area is a real setting fully dedicated to sailing, with almost 120 new 10- to 30-metre sail boats, monohulls and multihulls, including 13 world launches.

With more than 400 metres along the quay for monohull boats and more than 450 metres for multihull boats, the Sailing Area provides a unique display and perspective in the world.

On land, there will be displays from shipyards, equipment and services related to sailing.

Within the Palais des Festivals the lifestyle products, destinations, marinas and high-end brands specialising in leisure boating and its environment will be on display.

Hundreds of exhibitors (the full list of which can be seen HERE) will launch their new products at the show. Here are just a few of the world premieres at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024:
